Accessory: 20" x 20" Access Door
This provides a 20" x 20" access door to hide the valve. The access door is ideally suited for new installations or for remodeling in masonry, tile, wood, or other wall and ceiling surfaces.
The door and frame are fabricated from 16 gauge, galvannealed steel with a white prime coat finish. Alternatively, an all-stainless steel model is also available— specify -SS.
The door features rounded safety corners. The frame is one piece construction, 13/16" (20.64 mm) wide, and provides perfect concealment of the rough wall opening. Wall frame is provided with 1/4" mounting holes for fastening within the furred spaces, allowing faster installation and fixing maximum clearance.
The concealed pivoting rod hinge prevents distortion and closes the door squarely. Three latches are provided—the two (center top and center bottom) are screwdriver latches, while the middle latch is cylinder lock-operated. Keys are provided.
