Emergency Tempered Water Valve
The ET71 Series thermostatic mixing valve blends hot and cold water to provide safe, tempered water for emergency eye wash equipment and safety showers. The tempered water valve is available in four sizes with flow rates from 12–150 GPM at 45 PSID, suitable for commercial, institutional, and industrial applications. Our patented cold water bypass ensures delivery to the safety device in the event of hot water failure.
CSA certified per ASSE 1071, ANSI Z358.1, and applicable sections of CSA B125.3.

- Optional locking ball valves meet ANSI Z358.1 and ASSE 1071 requirements, eliminating the need for a lockable cabinet to prevent unauthorized shut-off
- Brass and paraffin wax design for more reliable, consistent performance compared to competitors’ bi-metal valves
- Available for use in the Acorn BASyC ® Digital Valve System, which provides round-the-clock monitoring and adjustment capability of ET71 emergency tempering valves, as well as a variety of temperature, pressure, and flow sensors.
